Matrix Enterprises machines honeycomb to suit any number of shapes required whether it's simple 2-axis operations or more complex 3D profiling of honeycomb requiring complex 5-axis machinery and specialized cutting tools. We have the capability to process many different densities and different types of honeycomb materials including aluminum, Nomex®, and Kevlar®.
We have the flexibility to run quantities as low as a single piece, often as part of an R&D or development programs, as well as production level quantities.
