Matrix Enterprises uses CNC machining and waterjet processes to manufacture your custom composite parts from a number of materials including:

Matrix can machine both complex shapes requiring 5-axis and multiple machining orientations and processes as well as simple shapes that require only 2-axis machining and water jet operations. Composite materials can be incredibly abrasive and require a very precise methodology and specialized cutting tools to achieve the desired results. With our material machining expertise, Matrix can identify the optimal holding, fixturing, and machining processes to produce the custom and unique parts our customers require.
